Ingrid Michaelson is beyond underrated. She is extraordinary. Though mostly recognized for her hit The Way I Am (the song used in the old Old Navy Commercials) and providing countless tunes for the Grey’s Anatomy soundtracks, she is an incredible artist. I have quite the girl crush on her, kay?

I’ve always loved R.E.M.’s beautiful song Nightswimming, and was so excited to find that Ingrid had done a very unique cover consisting of a vocal-loop. Three listens in and I don’t think I’ll be stopping anytime soon.
